Safety and customer experience is always our #1 concern. All flights are weather dependent. If weather on the day of your flight is not suitable for flying your pilot will contact you in advance to organise an alternative date and time
For passenger comfort and safety reasons some combinations of passenger weights are not compatible with a particular helicopter. In this instance we will make every effort to find a suitable alternative that meets the customers needs or provide a full refund.
Feel free to bring cameras and camera phones
No alcohol is permitted on the airport premises, ramp area or in the helicopter. Intoxicated persons will be unable to fly.
Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
Minimum age of children is 2 years who must occupy their own seat
Loading of the helicopter is at the discretion of the pilot and the safest weight and balance configuration
