A few things to note about our helicopter tours…
All our helicopter tours are by appointment only. To ensure we safely plan our flights it generally takes 24-48 hours to confirm passenger details and schedule a flight.
Spring and summer are the busiest flying seasons. To avoid disappointment we suggest booking your flight as far in advance as possible. There is no penalty if the booking has to be changed.
All flights are weather dependent. If weather on the day of your flight is not suitable for flying your pilot will contact you in advance to organise an alternative date and time
For passenger comfort and safety reasons some combinations of passenger weights are not compatible with a particular helicopter. In this instance we will make every effort to find a suitable alternative that meets the customers needs or provide a full refund.
